Working with OEM's and their associated suppliers, G&P undertakes specialist re-working services. Defective parts are promptly rectified and released as satisfactory components, resulting in maximum cost savings and minimum impact on overall production.

VEHICLE RETROFIT

The G&P Group’s retrofit campaign management programmes are designed to assist OEM's with the correction of vehicle faults, before they reach the dealerships. Due to its global presence, G&P is able to quickly and cost effectively offer this service, at various Client locations.

PROTOTYPE BUILD SUPPORT

G&P specialist technicians have the expertise to manage the full range of prototype programmes. G&P has substantial experience in re-working prototypes in accordance with the Client’s requested design change modifications.

MANUFACTURING / WORK IN PROGRESS (WIP)

G&P services supplement OEM’s core teams in auto electrics, mechanical fitting, and vehicle trim. This allows any sudden or unexpected surges in resource requirements to be effectively and efficiently managed by the OEM.

COMPOUND MANAGEMENT

Addressing quality issues in the OEM vehicle compounds requires a rapid response in order to avoid disruption to vehicle distribution logistics. G&P, with its specialist scanner technology, provides real-time data and the ability to accurately pinpoint the exact location of any given vehicle, in order to address issues efficiently.
